Kennedy Roofing Ltd were asked to come and assess a repeating issue with the Mardome rooflights on the Schoolroom flat roof. They attended really quickly, on time, and gave good advice. After some discussion the outline work was agreed, and a quote given and accepted. Shortly afterwards they came for the day and attended to the 4 large and one small domes. The outer shells were removed, cleaned, and reset, and the securing screws modified to make a waterproof fixing. Then all fixings were covered with a fibreglass finish to ensure a weatherproof seal. Their attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary, and the roof space has never been so tidy. A loose piece of flashing, having been cleaned of old adhesive and grime by ourselves, was also refitted. We are delighted with the completed job and thank Kennedy Roofing Ltd for their commitment to a satisfactory resolution.
